Excellent location, adjacent to the Grand hotel. Kitchenette with all necessary amenities. Good value for money. Convenient access to shops, restaurants, and activities. Full bathtub and ample supply of toiletries and towels. Comfortable beds. A wide selection of free hot drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. True ski-in and out property.
All was good.

The front desk staff was very good - knowledgeble and helpful. We liked the location of the hotel, which allowed ski in & out. The ski locker system is well designed and efficient. The fitness club and hot tub were nice.
Given the size of the hotel, one washer and one dryer (the second one was removed on the second day of our stay) are not sufficient. There is space in the Guest laundry room for a second set of these appliances, but the space is not utilized. There was a long wait for use of both washing machine and the dryer.

The staff was very courteous and the hotel is very animal friendly which made the trip possible as we have a dog. the restaurant unfortunately closes a bit too early 9:00pm which means it is too late for a glass of wine when the children are in bed. the hotel is highly recommended.

The location in the village and on the slopes was excellent. It was a warm and cosy hotel with beautiful mountain views and friendly staff.
The wireless internet connection hardly ever worked in the room. The pull down bed was not all that comfortable The housekeeping service was irregular. The quality of towels (and maybe linen, ie doona or duvet instead of blankets) should be improved even if it means the room charge has to rise a little. Also robes should be provided especially for use in sauna and spas.

We had a very pleasant stay in Sun Peaks so close to the bar / restaurant, '' which trying to be a VERY mini mini Whistler, and art gallery to be seen. The service was exceptional. Staff was extremely helpful and caring and provided us with armchairs, a kitchenette, and a dining table.

Convenient location, friendly staff Liked the convenient location of the hotel, close to the village and restaurants. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They provided information about the area and were welcoming upon arrival.
Poor cleanliness, outdated facilities Disliked the poor cleanliness of the room when we arrived. There was debris from previous guests, dirty carpets and sofa-bed, and insufficient towels.

The kitchenettes was below standards and did not have any elements or oven. Just a microwave and fridge. The free wireless Internet did not work unless middle of the night The DVD player was broken The fridge froze everything Overall with a family suite for two families with kids it was well below what We thought we were getting

excellent location ski in/ski out room was a good size and the double room was perfect with our two kids.
It was a bit pricey, would have liked to stay longer than two nights but that cost over $500!! I know it's a popular time of the year, but that was the only time when I could go without taking the kids out of school.

The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fridge to a coffee maker and even a bathtub! the location was perfect, right in the heart of the village, easily accessible to all the activities and restaurants. Plus, the prices at the vending machine were surprisingly cheaper than other places we've visited.
We did encounter some noise from other guests early in the morning and the bathtub didn't drain properly. the smoke from forest fires was also a little concerning, but that's not really the hotel's fault.

Pleasantly surprised with room. Very cozy and warm feeling with all the wood in it. Had heated floors which was totally unexpected! Very nice ,could relax on sofa, eat at dining table, dishes into dishwasher and watch Tv if wanted.

It was quiet!
The ski storage room was very inconvenient - had to walk a long way with ski boots on. The kitchen was poorly equipped - no large salad bowl, only 2 pots, not enough silverware. Kitchen very small. I think the lodge is getting old. Elevator not working was a pain.

Located centrally and near Morrisey Platter, this place felt grand, really clean, and met all our Christmas vacation expectations.

The description of the room on the web site was very missleading, you could not have room to swing a cat, thought I was back in London city! Had to complain bitterly, the hotel upgraded us at no extra cost, but only because they were empty! Spar area very dirty and the ph level was set wrong all six of our party got skin rash after being in spar which lasted for over a week and was very ichy! Think I will give the hotel a miss next time! Service in resturant was so so slow!! ok if you have 2 hours to spend for breakfast!
